What is an appointment credit?

One credit is consumed each time a new appointment is created in VisitFlow. Viewing, editing, rescheduling, or completing appointments does not use additional credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit pack credits never expire and are consumed only when you create new appointments.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly — your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing date. No penalties, no surprise charges.

Is there a per-user fee?

No. VisitFlow charges per appointment credit, not per user. Add as many team members and field resources as your plan allows without paying more.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH bank transfer available for Enterprise plans. All transactions are secured by Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure.
